Our fees

For example for sale :
In case of inter-firm, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in the present scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate of sale and / or search granted by the principal.

For the location :
Fees payable by the tenant in the main residence:
Visiting fees for the lessee, preparation of his file and drafting of the lease: €10 including tax per m²
Fees for carrying out the inventory: €3 including tax per m²

Fees payable by the tenant in a secondary residence:

1 month's rent excluding charges
